Overview

OhVisa are a passport & visa agency specialising in artists touring the UK, US, Europe & the World. Helping some of the biggest bands in the world get to to where they need to be. Their purpose is to make sure that when large teams are going on tours anywhere in the world, they are prepared for which ever country they are going to. In the future they want to grown this list to beyond just music, so the system they use needs to be flexible and easily customised for a range of needs.

Brief

To design and develop a custom web portal that streamlines the application process, allowing individual users to manage their applications and enabling team managers to monitor, support, and facilitate their team members' progress efficiently.

Key Features

User Login & Application Tracking: Users can securely log in, initiate new applications, and track progress in real-time.

Manager Oversight & Team Management: Team managers have a dedicated interface to view, manage, and control each team member’s application process.
Managers can complete application steps on behalf of team members as needed.

Action Notifications: Automated notifications alert users to necessary actions, such as scheduling embassy visits or submitting required documents.

Deliverables

A fully functional web portal with user-friendly interfaces, designed to improve the application experience for users and enhance management capabilities for team leaders.
